Wise Guy Computers Ltd. Policies, Terms and Conditions of Site and Sale

This agreement contains the policies, terms and conditions that apply to orders and purchases from Wise Guy Computers Ltd.(“Wise Guy Computers”) that will be provided to you (“Customer”) on all orders and purchases of products (“Products”) and systems (“Systems”). By placing an order with Wise Guy Computers, Customer accepts these policies, terms and conditions. This agreement also contains the policies, terms and conditions of the Wise Guy Computers website (“Site”). By accessing this Site, you accept these policies, terms and conditions.

These policies, terms and conditions are subject to change at anytime without notice.

PRICING AND PRODUCT POLICIES

Wise Guy Computers Products are factory sealed and come with manufacturer warranties, if any. Wise Guy Computers does not sell refurbished Products. Wise Guy Computers is not responsible for any compatibility issues. Consult with Wise guy Computers or manufacturer before placing an order. Images on Site may not always represent the exact Product(s). Wise Guy Computers holds the right to change prices or discontinue Products at any time without prior notice in order to remain competitive. Wise Guy Computers does not adjust pricing after an order has been placed. Wise Guy Computers does not price match. Any quotations given by Wise Guy Computers will be valid for the period stated on the quotation.

PAYMENT POLICY AND TAXES

Wise Guy Computers accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We do not accept International Credit Cards or Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.) orders.

For corporate, system integrator, and government & education customers, Wise Guy Computers may accept and process Purchase Orders. However, we do not offer terms and we require payment in full before goods are shipped. Please fax your Purchase Order to fax number (905) 513-7004 or email your PO to sales@wgcomp.com. We will then send an invoice and payment option information.

Customer is responsible for any applicable sales, use or other taxes or federal, state or local fees or assessments associated with the order. Customer must claim any exemption from such taxes, fees or assessments at the time of purchase and provide the necessary supporting documentation. Any sales, use or other applicable tax or fees or assessments is based on the location to which the order is shipped.

Due to a warehouse presence in the Province of Ontario, Canada, Wise Guy Computers Ltd. is required to charge PST and GST on orders delivered within Ontario.

U.S. Customers: Orders are subject to customs duties and/or brokerage fees.

BACKORDER POLICY

Credit card charges will not occur until the order is scheduled to ship. Backorders may be cancelled at anytime prior to shipment. In the event that an item ordered is out of stock, Wise Guy Computers will notify Customer and provide updates as necessary. Availability of out of stock items is completely dependent upon the manufacturer. Wise Guy Computers has no control over manufacturer shipments or shipment delays. All ETA’s are determined by the manufacturer. Wise Guy Computers will not split orders.

ORDER CHANGING OR CANCELLING POLICIES

All changes or cancellations must occur before the order is processed by the Wise Guy Computers accounting department. Cancellation requests after this time result in a cancellation fee of 5% on Products and 15% on Systems (excludes any taxes charged). Special orders and volume orders of 10 or more units can not be cancelled. Customers may request to make a change to or cancel their order by contacting Wise Guy Computers during business hours. Changes may be processed to orders as long as the total does not exceed the value of the original order. If the total is higher, a new order needs to be placed and the old order will be cancelled.
